    Inkoop Medewerker

    We zijn op zoek naar een zelfstandige inkoop M edewerker die o ns team komt versterken . F lexiForce is een dynamisch en groeiend internationaal bedrijf , dat onderdeel is van het beursgenoteerde ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems.

    Heb je ervaring als Inkoop Medewerker en ben je geïnteresseerd om deel uit te maken van ons Inkoop team in Barneveld , geniet je van een samenwerkingscultuur die je in staat stelt een carrière op te bouwen waar je trots op kunt zijn? Het betreft een full time functie en daarnaast is er tevens plaats voor een part-timer voor minimal 3 dagen per week.

    Wat ga je doen als onze Inkoop Medewerker

    Als Inkoop Medewerker heb je onder andere volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

    • Het operationele beheer en de bestelling van een afgebakend assortiment artikelen
    • Het oplossen van leveringsproblemen en bewaakt en optimaliseert het artikelassortiment
    • Het bijdragen van een efficiënte voorraadbeheersing
    • Het juiste materiaal (kwaliteit / kwantiteit) op het juiste tijdstip tegen de juiste prijs Je houd tevens bezig met
    • Het op peil houden van de voorraden van de lopende productie
    • Het invoeren van logistieke parameters zoals minimumvoorraden, bestelgroottes en wijzigingen op deze parameters signaleren en verwerken
    • Je bepaalt de inkoopprognose op basis van bestelhistorie en verwachtingen van klanten De vaardigheden die je nodig hebt Flexibiliteitis jou op het lijf geschreven. Verder ben je communicatief sterk en heb je een goed probleemoplossend vermogen. Met je overtuigingskracht krijg je collega's mee. Je werkt gestructureerd en bent accuraat. Ook kan je goed overzicht houden. We zijn op zoek naar iemand die:
    • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Logistiek of Commercie
    • 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring in vergelijkbare functie
    • Kennis van productie & logistieke processen, sterk cijfermatig inzicht
    • Kennis van en ervaring met goederen/ en informatiestromen, van AX, Office (Excel, Word)
