About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated EMEA Compliance Analyst to join our Data Analytics team and take the lead in enhancing our Payment Compliance processes and adherence to other regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

Enhance Payment Compliance Analytics: Develop and implement strategies to improve our Payment Analytics processes (KYB, KYC), including monitoring, reporting, and auditing procedures
Ensure GDPR and

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements by conducting regular audits, reviewing policies and procedures, and implementing necessary changes

Support Critical Programs: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business critical programs, with a focus on compliancerelated initiatives (such as driver approval processes, document approval etc.)
Manage the

Compliance Team:
Lead and mentor a small team of 1-2 analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity

What You'll Need

MSc degree in Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics or another quantitative field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance analytics
Strong understanding of payment compliance (KYC, KYB) requirements, GDPR, and other relevant regulations
Proven experience in managing compliance programs and leading crossfunctional initiatives
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements and develop practical solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
