    Children's National (CN) is searching for an experienced revenue cycle leader to assume the role of Vice President, Revenue Cycle (VP, RC.)     Reporting to Reporting to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Aldwin Lindsay, the VP, RC will provide direction for enterprise-wide revenue cycle, including financial clearance, professional and technical coding, clinical documentation integrity, and billing and collection activities. The selected Vice President will bring experience providing organizational leadership for all revenue cycle departments, including planning, policy formation, budgeting, program oversight, and personnel management functions necessary to ensure the successful accomplishment of the organization's objectives and goals. Furthermore, the Vice President will partner with compliance and information systems leaders to oversee the support, quality assurance, and training activities associated with revenue cycle information systems and applications.

    CN seeks a Vice President of Revenue Cycle with a minimum of 7 years of progressive senior leadership experience within the healthcare setting with responsibility for hospital and physician revenue cycle operations. A depth of understanding related to medical billing and coding is required. The selected candidate will possess experience leading revenue cycle, as well as have strong interpersonal, communication, and strategic skills to work collaboratively with peers, staff, patients, and faculty.
