The time has come to use your superpowers for good.The Dopper sales team is looking for an operations coordinator to step up their efficiency and productivity game as they fight against single-use plastic water bottles.

About the role:
It's called Interim Sales Operations Coordinator, but we might as well have gone with Secret Weapon. Because that's what you'll be.
Thanks to your operational and administrative talents, the sales team will run smoother, better and more in sync with the rest of the company than ever before.
From creating newsletters to putting together reports and from helping with launches to updating sales materials:the team can rely on you to get things done. And get them done well.
Your responsibilities:
- Being the sales voice and stakeholder in project groups for Dopper innovation or other projects and brief the team on updates.
- Adjusting Dopper price lists based on input Head of Sales and do price calculations.
- Updating Dopper Water Tap sales documents.
- Creating and sending out customer newsletters according to the sales newsletter calendar. Writing news items.
- Organizing and supporting B2B events.
- Creating, reviewing, and optimizing sales procedures.
- Being the point of contact for Customer Support in HubSpot for sales related topics and questions.
- Sales reporting for the sales team and management.
- Being part of the project team for commercial moments and product launches to ensure smooth rollout for the sales team
About you:
- You're available for at least 3 or 4 full days a week. Or are flexible to work 4 or 5 days a week 5/6 hours a day.
- You like structure, but can be flexible as well.
- You have operational/planning skills.
- You are a real problem fixer and pro active.
- You can work very independently.
- You're good with systems, if you worked with Netsuite, HubSpot and/or Basecamp before that's a big pro.
