We are looking for an experienced Scientific Project Manager to join our team

The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of multiple development projects within our organization.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of project management principles and practices in the pharmaceutical industry.

The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing and quality assurance to create alignment and successful project outcomes.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include

Manage organizational projects, identify objectives and deliverables in collaboration with several stakeholders
Manage detailed project plans including tasks, timelines, resources and dependencies
Manage cross-functional teams and timely project execution adhering to quality standards and budget
Identify and asses project risks, develop mitigation strategies and take corrective actions
Communicate project progress to the organization and management team
Implement project management best practices, tools and methodologies to continuously improve
Monitor project budget, expenses and ensure project financial objectives are met
Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change requests and lessons learnt
Support Business Development to bring in new projects
Build successful relationship with clients

We are looking for a Scientific Project Manager with the following profile

BSc and at least 3+ years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong understanding of project management methodology, tools and practices
Organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
