Move the world with us Become part of the international supply chain and move the world with us Does that sound interesting Then make AIT Worldwide Logistics the next stop on your career ladder Overview A Warehouse Specialist is responsible for processing shipments in a safe and efficient manner ensuring operational excellence high efficiency customer satisfaction Sorting packing loading unloading freight managing shortages/damages with CDR report prepared Responsibilities Load unload trucks Pull stage outbound goods using loading manifest Check inbound out domestic international freight Put freight away designated areas Drive sits down forklift electrical propane safe efficient manner Re-weigh freight/cargo directed basic math skills required Maintain clean work environment follow safety procedures policies All other duties responsibilities assigned business demands deem necessary Actively participate safety policies activities implementations Execute all Dangerous goods shipments compliance applicable laws regulations Contribute healthy secure work environment reporting unsafe/unsecure/unhealthy conditions possible improvements Qualifications Literacy numeracy Previous warehouse experience Knowledge air freight regulations desirable Reach counterbalance truck experience/certification required Detail oriented thorough fast pace high volume environment Strong organisational time management skills Work effectively part team Manual handling skills Ability understand follow instructions Basic administration skills Able use computer main software packages completely Operate control equipment Reliable dependable self-motivated Patient remain calm stressful/high pressure situations Meet physical demands job
