Als Commercial Controller bij ERIKS Nederland begrijp je de commerciële uitdagingen door het gesprek aan te gaan met de commerciële organisatie.Je bouwt vertrouwen op als sparringpartner van het sales domein en vanuit die positie stuur je performance, daag je het management uit en breng je scherpte in een dynamische, door PE-gedreven, omgeving.Deze rol biedt directe invloed op commerciële besluitvorming binnen ERIKS NL. Als Commercial Controller ben je structureel betrokken bij keuzes rondom pricing, marges grote offertes klantafspraken en commerciële investeringen. Je werkt nauw samen met Sales Director en brede sales organisatie. Je bent succesvol als gevraagd wordt voor input voor dat er keuzes worden gemaakt zo maak je direct impact op sales marge ontwikkelingen Daarnaast krijg regie over een duidelijke veranderagenda Je speelt centrale rol in het inrichten aanscherpen van performance management forecasting creeren van handelsinformaties concrete projecten meetbare output Door deze combinatie inhoudelijke diepgang exposure naar senior management vormt rol een sterk platform verdere doorgroei senior finance of business control Private Equity-omgeving
