    Job description

    Als financial administrator werk je samen met de Senior Financial administrator van het SSC. Je bent zijn sparringpartner en daarmee in staat om hem op onderdelen te vervangen wanneer dit nodig mocht zijn.

    Daarnaast maak je onderdeel uit van het subledger van de centrale Financiële administratie.

    Samen met je collega's van dit team, verzorg je de bankverwerking, de vaste activa administratie en de debiteuren administratie

    De zelfstandigheid waarin je werkt, de werkelijke samenstelling van de werkzaamheden en de verhouding tussen SSC en Subadministratie zal worden aangepast aan jouw eigen werkervaring en kennis.

    De functie binnen het SSC:

  • Ondersteunen bij het budgetteringsproces van het SSC;
  • Budgetbeheer en bank controle van het SSC;
  • Voeren van de dagelijkse financiële admininistratie van het SSC
  • Controle omzetverantwoording en periodieke betalingen van het SSC;
  • Dagelijks werk je samen met de senior Administator en ben je functioneel onderdeel van de administratieve team van het SSC
  • Hiërarchisch rapporteer je aan de manager Finance van de TU/e

    • De functie binnen het team Subledger:

    Roulerend binnen het team subadministratie verzorg je de volgende subadministraties,

  • Banken
  • Vaste activa
  • Debiteuren
  • Aansluiting maken met de verzamelloonstaat
  • Daarnaast bewaakt en verklaart het team diverse relevante tussenrekeningen
  • Hierarchisch rapporteer je aan de teamleider van Subledger

    • Job requirements

    Wij vragen:

  • Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde MBO+ opleiding of vergelijkbaar en 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • Je bent in staat om bestaande werkwijzen op het gebied van registratie, rapporteren en analyseren, uit te voeren. Uiteraard zien we graag dat je daarbij kritisch kijkt naar verbeter mogelijkheden;
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken en vervangend gesprekspartner te zijn voor het management van het SSC.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, door gericht door te vragen en doortastend bij individuele weerstanden;
  • Ervaring met Unit4 is een pré;
  • Kennis en/of ervaring met het LEAN maken van processen binnen finance is een pré;
  • Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;

    Wij bieden:

  • Een maandsalaris van minimaal €2.693,- tot maximaal €3.636,- bij een fulltime dienstverband, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring (schaal 7 cao Nederlandse Universiteiten).
  • Aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals 41 vakantiedagen bij een 40-urige werkweek, 8% vakantiegeld, 8,3% eindejaarsuitkering, een ruime werkgeversbijdrage aan de ABP-pensioenregeling, een keuzemodel voor extra secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden en betaald ouderschapsverlof.
  • Bij de start betreft het een tijdelijk contract voor de periode van één jaar, met uitzicht op een dienstverband voor onbepaalde tijd;
  • Leren en ontwikkelen vinden we belangrijk. Daarom bieden we je gratis toegang tot trainingsprogramma's en een gunstige regeling voor werk-gerelateerd studeren.
  • Parttime, flexibel en deels remote werken is ook mogelijk in deze positie. De TU/e ondersteunt dit met een thuiswerkvergoeding van €2,- per thuiswerkdag gegeven en een internetvergoeding van €25,- per maand.
