They work for sectorsincluding healthcare, education and data centers. The location inEcht is easy to reach from Weert, Echt-Susteren, Brunssum andSittard-Geleen. They are also accessible by publictransport.

You will be working as a logistics administrativeassistant at a client in the area of Echt. In this role, you willbe responsible for the preparation, planning, administration andcommunication of the processes that focus on handling andprocessing order activities that arise from customercontact.

You manage the planning andperform administration of outboundshipments:

• Coordinate shipments withorder management
• Create shippingdocuments
• Communication on shipments with thewarehouse. You will work closely with the Warehouse and otherinternal stakeholders
• Both physically andsystematically handling special shipments, taking care ofReplenishment and preparingshipments

Managing and executingImport & Export:

• Customs andexpert documentation
• Managing documents withinthe logistics administration
• Point of contactfor transaction related / customs relatedissues
• Communication with internal and externalcustomer service and freightforwarders

Youdescribe yourself as accurate, a team player and you have a strongcharacter. In addition, you meet the followingrequirements:

• Familiar or affinitywith a warehouse system and MS Office;
• You havea good command of the English language and speak basicDutch;
• You are available full-time (38 hours)from Monday to Friday;
• Physical handling is nota problem for you.

• A long-term job in a collegialteam;
• A starting salary of €15.48 gross perhour based on 38 hours. Do you have more relevant work experience?Then a higher salary is negotiable;
• Travelallowance of €0,23 per kilometer, maximum 30 kilometers oneway;
