You will be responsible for:

• Providing continuous care for our patients with chronic or acute kidney failure, offering various forms of dialysis including peritoneal dialysis, center hemodialysis, and home hemodialysis.
• Performing dialysis treatments in different departments such as the Intensive Care, Medium Care, and Cardiac Care Unit.
• Conducting nursing procedures like shunt punctures and caring for central venous catheters.
• Leading process improvement initiatives, managing workgroups, and driving quality enhancements on the unit.
• Setting an example in clinical reasoning, evidence-based practice, and demonstrating leadership.

Shifts:
You will work various shifts from Monday to Saturday, with on-call duties in the evenings and nights. On Sundays, you will only be on call.

Our department is a leading national center for kidney disease care, treating over 200 patients on our multidisciplinary kidney failure clinic. Join our team of professionals dedicated to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.

You bring:

• A degree in nursing and specialized training in dialysis nursing.
• BIG registration.
• Willingness to engage in on-call duties and proximity to the hospital for prompt availability.
