Job summary
We are looking for an experienced IT support engineer for international company in Amsterdam. You will offer onsite and remote first line and second line support to colleagues and optimize the working environment.Your tasks will be: Manage incoming tickets. Provide one-on-one technical support in a hybrid setting (on-site and remote) for laptops and mobile devices. Deal with the installation troubleshooting maintenance of laptops monitors accessories in the office.
Requirements: At least 3 years experience all-round IT support Experience with working international IT environments Understanding of IT infrastructure security architectures Expertise Microsoft Client Server operational systems applications Handling common software platform technologies Excellent interpersonal communication skills Fluency English preferably Dutch Planning project coordination problem-solving skills Commited enthusiastic
