    Description

    We currently have a vacancy for a Principal technician (ESOC Problem Coordinator) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brunssum, Netherlands. The work will be carried out either in the company's premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team on site.

    Your tasks

  • Support all areas of Enterprise Security Operations Center (ESOC);
  • Support Organizational Elements (Business Areas, CSUs) as well as Problem Management process at Enterprise level;
  • Actively review Performance Management objectives;
  • Collaboration to Continual Service Improvement (CSI) process;
  • Participate in the development and delivery of the required on the-job training to other technicians.

    • Requirements

  • University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 5 years;
  • At least three years of experience in service management (i.e. Incident, problem and change management) and customer support;
  • Experience in use and management of related Service Management toolsets (e.g. Information Technology Service Management (ITSM);
  • Professional experience and knowledge of telecommunications, network, information technology solutions and products;
  • Certification in ITIL Foundation or similar is required;
  • Security Clearance is required;
  • Excellent command of the English language.
