    For you as a finance professional, Boskalis offers various opportunities in the role of Financial Controller. You will be part of the division control department within Offshore Energy. A dynamic and challenging environment in which you will actively contribute to the position of financial control and the standardized way of work for the Offshore Energy division. You will interact with the different business units and staff department within the Offshore Energy Division on finance, accounting and IT related items.

    Your responsibilities as a Financial Controller

    In the role of Financial Controller you report to the manager division control and you are a sparring partner for all business units & staff departments within Offshore Energy. You will work from the Papendrecht office and you are responsible for:

    • Creating financial reports and being in touch with Group Accounting and Group Control;
    • Analyzing, taking care of and advice on the AO/IC regarding projects, processes and systems;
    • Contributing to the development and professionalizing the AO/IC;
    • Playing an active role in project teams working on finance related process improvements within the Offshore Energy division;
    • Cost controlling of the Offshore Energy staff departments, including administration in ERP system (Infor LN).

    You are the Financial Controller we are looking for if you

    • At least have a bachelor degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy or similar;
    • At least have 3 years of experience as a Controller in an international environment;
    • Have experience in Excel, ERP systems (Infor LN or likewise), Onestream, BI tooling;
    • Have a good command of English in both word and writing;
    • Are a team player with good communication skills;
    • Are flexible, analytically strong, goal oriented and stress resistant.

    • Your team: You will be part of a team of 3 colleagues. You will report to the Manager Division Control.
    • Where you will work: for office-based roles, in consultation with your manager and your team, you work partly at home and partly in the office.
    • Full/part-time job: The position of Financial Controller is a full-time (40 hours a week) job.
