    • Check incoming e-mails from (potential) customers with questions, quote requests or orders to be entered into our system;
    • Ask clarifying questions by e-mail, phone, or in person to dig deeper into a customer's application to determine the best solution;
    • Connect with engineering colleagues in Europe or the US to get information about more complex topics;
    • Support customers with troubleshooting in the European lab or visit the customer to solve the problems on-site;
    • Support your distribution partners with questions, quoting, and troubleshooting by e-mail, phone, or by doing joint-customer visits;
    • Having a meeting with marketing to help develop better campaigns;
    • Doing a training session about a new product that will be launched;
    • Going home knowing that you have made multiple customers happy.

    • A bachelor's or master's degree in science, engineering, or mathematics;
    • Strong written and verbal English skills are required (at least C1-level);
    • Experience in a (inside) sales position is a plus;
    • Knowledge of or interest in fluid control applications
    • Knowledge or a strong interest in one or more of the following fields: physics, aerospace, semiconductor technology, environmental analysis, education, process control, manufacturing, optical sciences, bioprocess, chemistry
    • Team player, active listener, attentive learner, and receptive to training.
