The Tax Manager role entails managing various aspects of tax planning, compliance and reporting within the organization. This includes ensuring the correct implementation of transfer pricing structures, assisting with intercompany reorganizations, managing external tax audits, and overseeing corporate income tax compliance for all group entities. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments and external advisory firms, contributing to process automation, and preparing quarterly tax reports for the board.

What you'll do

• Ensure correct implementation of transfer pricing structure
• Assist in preparation of transfer pricing documentation
• Assist with intercompany reorganizations
• Manage external tax audits
• Manage corporate income tax compliance of all group entities, including coordination with our accounting department and advisory firms
• Manage withholding tax compliance
• Contribute to further automatization of processes
• Assist in preparation of the quarterly tax report for the board

What you'll need

• Bachelor degree in fiscal economics or law (HBO/WO or equivalent)
• Approx. 3 years relevant Tax experience
• Problem solving and action-oriented mindset
• Strong professional reasoning and relationship building skills
• Able to plan own time effectively and to manage projects with varying stakeholders
• Excellent command of business English (verbal and written)

Nice to have

• Ability to speak Dutch
