Een pareltje van een HR vacature voor een van onze grootste inhouse klanten Voor onze klant Philips in Best zijn wij op zoek naar een HR medewerker. In deze rol ben jij samen met collega accountspecialisten fulltime bij de klant aanwezig om alles wat daarbij komt kijken in goede banen te leiden. Denk aan werving & selectie van nieuwe flexwerkers, onboarding, coaching/begeleiding van flexwerkers en nog veel meer. Dankzij jou lopen de HR-zaken bij de klant op rolletjes. Daarmee til je de langdurige samenwerking zowel met de klant als de medewerker naar een steeds hoger niveau. Waarbij uiteraard de kennis van de Engelse taal wel goed moet zijn, veel van onze meetings met de klant, gesprekken met kandidaten en dagdagelijkse mail is in de Engelse taal. Intern wordt er Nederlands gesproken en werk je met Nederlandse systemen.

Via ons werken er ongeveer 100 mensen in de fabrieken, waar zij zich dagelijks bezighouden met het bouwen van de diverse medische apparatuur. Omdat Philips een global account is van Randstad sta je ook vaak in contact met de key-accountmanager om te checken wat de wijzigingen zijn m.b.t. tariefafspraken, CAO verhogingen of andere aanpassingen. Omdat Philips zo groot is, is er ook altijd wel een project of uitdaging waarop wij aansluiten, want hier ben je echt het verlengde van HR maar ook van het Productie Management Team. Afhankelijk van je werkervaring word je ingeschaald in schaal 5, 6 of 7 (junior, medior of senior Accountspecialist) van de Randstad CAO.

Dichter bij de klant kun je niet komen: jouw kantoor is namelijk ter plaatse. Sterker nog, je bent zo'n vaste waarde in de organisatie dat de mensen daar soms bijna vergeten dat je in dienst van Randstad bent en niet van de klant. Je werkt in een team van 4 collega's. Hbo-diploma en bij voorkeur relevante werkervaring binnen de HR, uitzendbranche of in een klantcontact functie.

Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift (must).

80% van ons hoger management is binnen onze eigen organisatie opgeklommen.

Op gesprek De talent acquisition specialist gaat verder met jou in gesprek over de functie, het team en ons bedrijf. Dit gesprek kan zowel op kantoor als online plaatsvinden.
