Workster is collaborating with one of the worldwide leading BPO companies for their key location in Bulgaria. We are looking to strengthen their Dutch-speaking Operation with Business Travel Advisors for a giant American Travel Provider. This is a hybrid role based in Sofia.


Your Role

  • Deliver hightouch customer care to business travelers embarking on worldwide travel
  • Find solutions for flight, hotels, traintravel and beyond before and during their business trips
  • Be extremely polite and professional to highlevel customers, representing the organization formidably
  • Functional understanding of different operating systems and platforms

Your Qualifications

  • Based in Sofia or willingness to relocate
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
  • Full Fluency in Dutch, both written and verbal (C1)
  • Working level of English (B2)
  • Work experience in the travel, airline, hospitality or similar industry is an advantage
  • Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
  • Be organized, have decisionmaking and analytical skills
  • Team player with a great attitude
  • High school education
