As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site EHS Lead to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights.


Health and Safety Auditor:


As a Health and Safety auditor, you will be foundational in ensuring everyone stays safe and healthy in the workplace.

You'll perform risk assessments, and teach people to maintain a safe work environment. You'll work with different departments to identify hazards and develop mitigation practices. It'll also be your job to ensure the organization follows all safety regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Conduct routine taskbased risk assessments to identify potential workplace hazards
  • Investigate incidents and nearmisses to determine root causes and preventative actions.
  • Commitment to safety and security of our clients' critical infrastructure
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, injuries, and corrective actions taken.
  • Ability to conduct walk inspection rounds
  • Identify security issues and make daily reports on findings
  • Collaborate with emergency response teams to ensure preparedness.
  • Recommend and support the HSE equipment and practices.
  • Collaborate with facility, vendor, and customer management teams to ensure a safe physical working environment for every person onsite.

Skills and Experience:


  • QHSE audit experience
  • Completed HBO or currently studying in a safety domain
  • Proficiency in both English and Dutch (speaking and writing)
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of security measures and protocols in a data center environment beneficial
  • Available for 32 hours a week over 5 days (including Saturdays)
  • Safe Pass Card required

  • Ability to understand and stay uptodate with countryspecific legislation related to the business, ensuring compliance
  • Implement HSE Policy & Procedures
  • Conduct noise assessments
  • Conduct safety meetings
