Description

• Operational handling from A to Z:
• Placing orders with airlines;
• Addressing operational issues for customers/network offices/agents;
• Building and maintaining customer relationships and providing them with the appropriate service and attention;
• Creating and monitoring air freight documentation for shipment and handling;
• Directing carriers for the pickup of shipments;
• Initiating the customs process relevant to the order;
• Invoicing customers and network offices.
