Job summary
Coordinate and lead the annual budget process with the associated functional managers and regional finance teams in Europe and High Growth Markets Manage the monthly close processes including overseeing regional accruals conducting variance analysis to drive to root cause and presenting consolidated reports to both the L&D and Operations Finance teams Develop and publish regular reporting to track results and progress against goals/KPIs Provide financial analysis support on proposed capital projects Work with L&D leadership to identify opportunities for margin improvement process simplification greater efficiencies The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting Supply Chain or other relevant area 9+ years of FinanceAccounting experience including planning financial analysis management reporting in a large multi-national organization Excellent communication time-management skills Knowledge of financial reporting tools MS Office Excel advanced level ERP systems Oracle EPM OBI literate Ability to work independently effectively matrixed organization
