- Will be responsible for all reporting on Power BI dashboards.
- Help analyze cost data, physical progress data and schedule data in order to predict the prospective performance of the project
- Work with the schedulers and progress specialists to identify project performance metrics, monitor progress and performance indicators, identify and effectively communicate progress, and develop corrective action plans as necessary
- Participate in the analysis and management of project risk.
- Interface with Estimating, Scheduling, Procurement, Project Management, Construction Management, Finance and other groups as required
- 3-5 years of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, & Construction) related planning, scheduling, and estimating experience preferred
- Must be able to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities on fast- track design build projects
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and strong working knowledge of other Microsoft Programs
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Able to develop and maintain positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and clients
- Construction field experience a plus
