How you will help to create value as a Digital Transformation Consultant.

As Digital Transformation consultants, we support our customers in digitalizing their products, operations, and processes, ultimately creating Digital Winners. In close cooperation with our customers, we drive, ideate, facilitate, and support technology and organizational change. We do this by applying sound analytical thinking derived from solid knowledge, facilitating workshops to maintain a shared understanding of context, and creating and adapting actionable plans. From concept to reality, from start to finish.

What will you be doing to help create a digital transformation?

1. Assessing the situation: Team up with the customer, conduct interviews, run various workshops, and analyze internal documentation and IT artifacts to establish a view of the current Tech operating model, business context, strategy, and technology challenges.

2. Architecting & Strategizing: With input from the customer, develop a Tech Strategy that encompasses the required building blocks, including Organizational design, People, Technology, Architecture, and Processes, to enable the realization of the business strategy.

3. Transforming: Design, present, and drive a plan of action to realize the Tech strategy, guide and monitor the delivery organization, activate business drivers of the project, and manage relevant stakeholders.

Throughout these steps, you will maintain solid relationships and advise board members, directors, and team leads on options for realizing a business strategy through technology building blocks.
