Zo kan je dag er (ongeveer) uitzien
's Ochtends zet je je computer aan en pak je een kop koffie. Vervolgens draai je de paklijsten van onze importeurs uit.
Dan is het tijd voor het controleren en sorteren van onderdelen. Mocht er onverhoopt iets niet compleet of beschadigd zijn ga je hier direct achteraan of zoek je een andere oplossing zodat de klant op tijd het onderdeel krijgt.
Als alles compleet ga je samen met je collega's onderdelen stickeren om ze naar onze zakelijke klanten te versturen. Je zet onderdelen klaar voor verschillende bezorgroutes. Routes compleet? Volladen maar Praktisch en efficiënt de bus volladen is wel weggelegd voor jou.
Als de bus wegrijdt neem je plaats achter je computer en ga je onderdelen inkopen en factureren. De hele dag door komen er bestellingen binnen via diverse kanalen (Partsplan, Supply-IT, Partlink 24, WhatsApp, e-mail en telefoon), jij pakt ze samen met je team op en verzorgt de (onderdelen)verkooporders tot in de puntjes.
Ook onze eigen Herwers-vestigingen weten ons goed te vinden. Onze collega's vragen ons van alles over bijvoorbeeld vreemd merk- onderdelen (buiten de merken die we zelf voeren), maar ook over producten die we centraal inkopen en die bij ons binnenkomen.
Aan het einde van de dag lopen jullie samen de bestellingen door, zodat je alvast weet wat er morgenochtend geleverd wordt. Ook leg je de mappen voor morgen alvast klaar.
KennismakingOver HPD24
HPD24 is een vestiging binnen de Herwers Groep, speciaal opgezet voor het bestellen van onderdelen voor de zakelijke markt. Met onze partsspecialisten doen we elke dag weer een extra stapje voor onze klanten. Tot onze klanten behoren alle autobedrijven (universeel en merkdealers ) in heel Gelderland en veel autoschadeherstelbedrijven. Bovendien verzorgen wij de onderdelenvoorziening voor ons eigen schadeherstelbedrijf ASN Autoschade Roelofs in Zelhem.
