Job Summary

As Transport Manager at Packaly, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations comply with Dutch transport regulations while optimizing efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the process of applying for and obtaining necessary transport certifications in the Netherlands (such as NIWO certification).
Ensure full compliance with Dutch transport regulations and safety standards.
Oversee daily transport operations, including route planning, vehicle management, and delivery scheduling.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive the expansion of Packaly's transport operations.
Coordinate the recruitment and training of drivers, dispatchers, and other logistics support staff.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report transport performance to senior management.

Requirements

At least two years of experience in a transport management role, particularly within the logistics or e-commerce delivery sectors.
Succesfully passed the exams from the Dutch Traffic Exam Institute (CCV) and holds a professional transport management certificate (Vakbekwaamheid).
Dutch speaker with excellent command of both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of Dutch transport regulations, vehicle maintenance, safety standards, and fleet management practices.

Benefits

This role offers an estimated salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
