- Coördineren en logistiek organiseren van project orders (Capital Equipment)
- Monitoren van levertijden bij de leveranciers en hier tijdig actie op ondernemen
- Procesbewaking, jij snapt onze processen en herkent als er iets mis gaat en onderneemt dan passende acties;
- Actieve bijdrage leveren aan tenders en PVE's (Programma Van Eisen);
- Zorgdragen voor een correcte (financieel) administratieve afwikkeling;
- Bijhouden van de demovoorraden en accessoires voorraden;
- Proactieve samenwerking met de service afdeling m.b.t. nieuw te leveren apparatuur;
- Algehele ondersteuning aan de afdeling voor alle voorkomende werkzaamheden;
- In samenwerking met de collega's beantwoorden van alle binnenkomende telefoontjes;
- Deelnemen aan relevante meetings, zoals sales- & tendermeetings en afdelingsoverleg;
- Samen met collega's actueel houden van het ERP systeem (Dynamics 365) inzake Sales;
- Bijdragen aan en bewaken van het kwaliteitssysteem, ISO 13485:2016
- Je denkt commercieel mee zowel op eigen initiatief als in overleg met de Sales Director;
- Productkennis opdoen c.q. uitbreiden.

- Ervaring met Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systeem, CRM systemen, Power BI;
- Ervaring met en kennis van kwaliteitssystemen. Bij voorkeur ISO 13485:2016;
