Your mission should you choose to accept it
As our new F&B (Community) Host, you'll play a central role in our vibrant establishment.

Your mission is to create unforgettable breakfast, coffee or lunch experiences for our guests, both at the bar and in the kitchen.

Whether you're crafting the perfect coffee, preparing delectable to-go sandwiches, preparing the breakfast buffet or engaging in friendly conversations to enhance their stay, you are the linchpin of our guest-facing operations.

In addition to your daily tasks, you possess a comprehensive knowledge of our hotel, enabling you to guide anyone who enters our doors in the right direction.

You're also well-versed in our hotel's offerings, and your ability to (cross-)sell them adds an extra layer of value to our guests' experience.

What You'll Do

Your first and foremost mission is to ensure that every guest receives a warm and inviting welcome as they enter our establishment. Your friendly demeanor sets the tone for their experience.
You possess an indepth understanding of all the ingredients on our menu and can expertly guide our guests in making the perfect selections to satisfy their culinary desires.
From crafting simple classics to elaborately concocted drinks, you excel in preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, enhancing our guests' dining experience.
Mornings are your canvas, and you're the artist behind our sumptuous breakfast buffet. With meticulous preparation, you ensure that every guest's day begins with a delightful meal.
As an F&B Host, you're not just a server; you're a secret concierge to the city. Our guests turn to you for advice on the best places to visit, dine, shop, and enjoy the nightlife. Your local insights make their stay truly unforgettable.
At The Social Hub, we operate as One TSH Team. You're an integral part of this collaborative effort, assisting our guests with any requests related to other hotel outlets, ensuring a seamless and unified guest experience.

Who You Are

You have a flexible, handson, motivated and positive approach;
You (ideally) have previous experience working as a barista, breakfast chef and/ or in Hospitality;
You love responsibility and handle stressful peak periods like a pro;
You're fluent in English
Know any other languages? The more the merrier
You're hard working, responsible and a "let's do this" mentality
You're a European citizen or legally allowed to work in The Netherlands
