- Designing and implementing data protection and privacy programs for our clients to support their business objectives.
- Obtaining OneTrust certifications (FIPT) and staying updated with relevant privacy laws and regulations.
- Evaluating the data protection and privacy practices of our clients to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conducting Privacy Impact Assessments to identify and mitigate privacy risks.
- Supporting and guiding our clients in adhering to the complex web of relevant national and international regulations, such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and schedules for delivery to clients and other stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with client personnel.
- Understanding and adhering to workplace policies and procedures.
- Possession of One Trust certifications, especially FIPT, is essential.
- Strong understanding of global privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and others
- Minimum 5 years of Privacy experience.
- Good knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001/2, ISO 22301, ISO 27018, NIST standards on Cyber Security, HITRUST, ISO 27701, etc.
- Governance and reporting.
- Good knowledge of cyber and privacy risks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point).
