Are you are our next receptionist and breakfast hero?
We are looking for an independent, enthusiastic, friendly and flexible receptionist for our boutique hotel in the city centre of Amsterdam.
How does your day to day look like?
- Welcoming our international guests and checking them in and out
- Take phone calls and answer questions of our guests
- Handle payments and settle bills of our guests
- Provide information about the city and give restaurant and activity recommendations
- Process incoming reservations and guest arrival forms
- Provide feedback on how to improve service standards for our guests
- Final check of the rooms
- The morning shift helps with the breakfast
- Hotelschool graduate or previous experience in the hospitality industry
- Enthusiastic, passionate, flexible and able to work under pressure
- Good command of the English language
- A second language, such as Dutch, French or Spanish, is preferred
- Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings or weekends
- Ideally available for a fulltime position, but a parttime position can be discussed
