Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende logistieke baan? Als medewerker logistiek coördineer je transport, bewaak je kwaliteit en communiceer je effectief tussen productie en levering. Met jouw precisie zorg je voor een vlotte gang van zaken en registreer je eventuele afwijkingen, terwijl je ook strategisch overlegt met andere afdelingen.

Je werkdagen zijn van maandag t/m vrijdag van 06:00 – 14:30 uur

wie ben jij

Jij bent iemand die gedreven is om logistieke processen efficiënt te coördineren, met oog voor detail en kwaliteit. Je hebt uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en kunt goed samenwerken in een team. Daarnaast ben je bekend met logistieke systemen en heb je een proactieve houding om problemen snel op te lossen.

MBO 2 werk- en denkniveau;
Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;
Ervaring met een wms-systeem;
Heftruckcertificaat;
Je bent flexibel en denkt in oplossingen in plaats van problemen;
Je kunt zelfstandig werken en je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

wat ga je doen

Zodra de productieafdeling substraten heeft geproduceerd en op karren heeft geplaatst, ben jij samen met je collega's van de logistieke afdeling aan zet. Je coördineert het transport van deze producten naar de doorgroeiruimtes met behulp van EPT's en houdt het overzicht van de gereedheid voor transport. Dagelijks stel je een planning op voor de transporteurs, bereid je orders voor en controleer je ze op kwaliteit voordat je ze boekt in het wms-systeem en de transporteur ontvangt.

Meewerken maar in het team coördineren van transport en logistieke activiteiten na productie;
Bewaken van productkwaliteit en verzorgen van ordervoorbereiding;
Registreren van kwaliteitsafwijkingen en deelnemen aan afdelingsoverleg.

Je komt te werken bij een van Europa's grootste leveranciers van duurzame compost- en houtsubstraten voor de teelt van paddenstoelen. Er werken circa 330 medewerkers in de vestigingen van Nederland en Polen.
