Ben jij een expert in het adviseren over en begeleiden van facilitaire sourcingsvraagstukken? Beschik jij over relevante inhoudelijke kennis van de dienstverlening en 'proven' projectmanagement skills?
De functie
Jij ontwikkelt samen met onze opdrachtgevers vanuit hun strategie een op maat gemaakt sourcingsmodel. Als expert in facilitaire contractmodellen werk je de strategie uit naar een set aan sourcingsdocumenten, zoals een ambitiedocument, service specificaties en financieel model. Je adviseert onze opdrachtgevers over het tenderproces en de mate waarin facilitaire aanbieders passen. Uiteraard doe je dit op een onafhankelijke en transparante manier en zorg je voor een proces zonder hickups. Onze opdrachtgevers zijn voornamelijk grote (inter)nationale organisaties.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
De organisatie
Hospitality Group is het advies- en projectmanagementbureau voor hospitality, facility management, huisvesting en inkoop. Creating better places is onze missie. Samen met opdrachtgevers realiseren circa 100 adviseurs en interim-managers aantrekkelijke en duurzame omgevingen voor werken, leren, vrije tijd en zorg. Wij geloven dat als duurzaamheid je mindset is, je er als organisatie ook naar gaat handelen.

Inhoudelijk ben jij goed ingevoerd in facilitaire soft en/of hard services. Jouw werkhouding typeert zich door zelfstandigheid, nieuwsgierigheid en servicegerichtheid. Afwisseling in je werk geeft jou veel energie. Je bent gestructureerd en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende stakeholders en hun belangen. Je zoekt een combinatie van facility management, sourcing en werken in teamverband. Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Bovendien ben je gedreven om jezelf steeds uit te dagen en te ontwikkelen. Je vindt het leuk, en bent in staat, om in het Engels te werken en soms werkzaamheden in het buitenland uit te voeren.
