Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Night Auditor located in Amsterdam. The Night Auditor will handle overnight front desk operations, including processing guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and assisting with inquiries. Responsibilities also include performing nightly bookkeeping and cash handling tasks, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and providing exceptional customer service to guests during evening hours.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Work permit to work in the Ntherlands
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and handling Reservations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience with Cash Handling and maintaining accurate financial records
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills
- Good English proficiency; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel management systems or similar software would be advantageous
