- Lead seasonal product andbusiness plan development for a portfolio of strategic wholesaleaccounts. Build forecasts by season and merchandise productcategory;
- Lead, prepare, and present currentbusiness in comparison to trend, plan, and forecast for weekly,monthly and quarterly business reviews;
- Analyzeand identify risks and opportunities to adapt the current businessand provide insights to tailor future assortments and buyplacements;
- Actively engage with team membersto identify opportunities and efficiencies within Converse'sbusiness processes;
- Drive cross-channelcollaboration within the integrated marketplace to enhanceprofitability through shared inventorystrategies;
- Partner across multiple levelswithin Commercial, Planning and Merchandising teams across theseasonal planning;
- Partner with the Analyticsteam to create reporting and tools to provide visibility andimprove operationalperformance.

The Converse MarketplacePlanning & Analytics team unleashes the power of informationand data to
forecast, predict, and obsess our consumerdemand. These insights drive decisions and plans that help toensure our consumer has access to the products they want, when theywant them, and how they want to get them. Nike works closely withnumerous x-functional partners including commercial, product, andfinance teams to integrate these plans and shape decisions thatimpact the marketplace across seasons and quarters.
We're looking for a Lead, Marketplace Planner tojoin the Converse Western European Marketplace Planning &Analytics team.
This data minded role is responsible forplanning a portfolio of strategic accounts in the wholesale
business, collaborates with x-functional stakeholders toforecast and predict consumer demand, partner to create product,marketplace, and inventory plans, drive clarity to our results, andpartner with analytics teams to drive data strategies that servicethe needs of Converse's marketplace.
You'llbe working across the Western Europe geography to elevate theforecasting process and lead the daily business management toincrease profitability within the financial & inventorytargets.

heavily collaborate across the Western Europeteam to drive & optimize the current business.
