About the position
We are looking for a passionate, well-rounded and data-driven
HR Business Partner for the Netherlands.

Reporting directly to the Head of People and Organisation Western Europe, you will shape and implement the local people strategy.

You will be a sparring partner for key stakeholders in various functions with the goal of bringing to life our people plans.


In your day to day, you will act as a reliable source of guidance for our teams and will engage on varied topics such as Employee Experience & Engagement, Rewards & Analytics, and People & Career Development.

You will work closely with our P&O Operations team to shape and continuously improve employee experience. You will also collaborate with our works council on all employee-related and legal topics.


So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Proven HRBP with experience gained in dynamic, performance driven environments
  • Rounded HR expertise with a broad knowledge base spanning such as performance management, personal development, learning & development & talent management and reward
  • Commercially astute with a proven track record of managing stakeholders and acting as a sparring partner
  • Action orientated, team player with high levels of drive and resilience. Handson problem solver who enjoys juggling a wide range of topics at the same time
  • Good knowledge of Dutch Labor Law is a must. Experience of partnering with works councils is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in Dutch and English. Experience of operating in international environments is preferred
