We are seeking an individual who is determined to further develop their financial skills and expertise by joining a company that is looking to strengthen their finance team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to have a hand in many of the financial and accounting procedures of a large international maritime service provider.

As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Support in the preparation and examination of financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets;
• Manage the recording of invoices, whether it be accounts payable or sales invoices;
• Handle bank transaction recording within the SAP system and conduct reconciliations with bank statements;
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of SAP B1 and the implementation of advanced analyses in Power BI alongside the team;
• Aid in the maintenance of balance sheet accounts and oversight of suspense accounts;
• Assess and establish financial controls and protocols;
• Generate customized reports as required by the Chief Financial Officer or Financial Control department;
• Act as a guardian for the company's credit control procedures, promptly identifying potential issues.
