    Location: Hoofddorp (80%), Amsterdam, Aalsmeer & Enschede (20%)

    As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. You will serve as a key advisor to business leaders, providing HR guidance and driving operational excellence. Your goal is to help drive and implement HR initiatives that support the business needs and create an inclusive and diverse work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide operational excellence
    • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive people engagement, performance and support the organization's key people objectives.
    • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures / optimalizations, workforce planning, and succession planning.
    • Act as a strategic partner to management, consulting on employee relations, talent management and development.
    • Support the implementation of HR programs, processes, and policies.
    • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure efficient delivery of HR services / policies.
    • Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field.
    • Proven track record as an HR business partner (3 – 5 years), preferably in a corporate multi-national environment
    • Comfortable in matrix organizations and aware of the importance of stakeholder management
    • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Professional command of English (must) and Dutch (plus)
