As financial controller at Chore-Time you be an important financial stakeholder for the business, as you will be working closely with them. You will have a direct reporting line to the Managing Director and a dotted line to the States.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Financial statements such as balance sheet items
• Reporting and analysis
• IT component such as data migration from three to one server
• Entries of invoices and accounts (small part of the job, but still there)
• Stakeholdermanagement: USA side, operations manager Spirado and warehouse manager.
• Analyzing stock differences and entries of materials
• Ensuring financial compliance

Complexity of the role:

• Reporting to the USA.
• Have to go through all the balance sheet items in 4 days.
• you be having interviews with the CFO, where they have to explain their results.
• implemented Oracle, but a lot of things are still done in Excel
