Order Entry Consultant - Hoofddorp, Nederland - IDEXX

As an Order Entry Consultant, you will be providing customer support for animal health care-related products for veterinarians, medical diagnostic services, water-testing equipment and other products and services. This role is best suited to organized, passionate communicators who strive to help veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and animal healthcare diagnostic professionals keep our pets healthy.

In this role

• In this role you will support our customers through phone, email & fax in their use of our services. You would support our online ordering platform, the IDEXX learning center and any Backoffice tasks. A big part of the role will be assisting with order management & assist new customers in ordering laboratory supplies, as well as billing, insurance and cancellation calls. It is a broad role that would allow for you to be involved with multiple areas of business within IDEXX.
• You will determine customer needs, research and provide solutions and coordinate with other team members as needed.
• You will ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and continue strong customer relationships.
• You will support quality management system and other compliance requirements.

What you will need to succeed

• High quality customer facing inter-personal skills, with experience working with customers and maintaining good customer relationships.
• Fluent in business English and French. Spanish, Italian, Dutch or a Nordic language is a plus.
• Technical record keeping management skills.
• Reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues.
• Phone skills, with ability to establish rapport.
• Attention to detail.
• Organized with ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability to communicate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical users in a professional, positive, friendly and understandable manner.
