We provide expertise in the field of Engineering,Project Management, Maintenance, Shutdowns, Construction andSafety.
Functieomschrijving

• Review and comment on Subcontractorprocedures and Inspection & test plans.
• Perform witness, inspection & surveillancechecks and continually assess Subcontractor QCperformance.
• Ensure thequality of the work in accordance with the Construction SiteQuality Plan, approved ITPs, and procedures within assignedareas.
• Ensure that allinspection activities are recorded in the appropriaterecords.
• MonitorSubcontractors QC resource levels to achieve quality standardsaccording to agreed ratio.
• Identify and document Subcontractor and Supplier qualitydeficiencies and initiate non-conformance process asrequired.
• Record deficienciesand/or incomplete works on punch items and liaise with supervisor/superintendent to expedite necessaryrectification.
• Maintain closeliaison with discipline supervisors to coordinate filedinspections.
• Make sure thatmaterials used are in accordance with project technical documentsand applicable codes and specifications.
• Support QC/ turnover team for collectingrelevant QC records.
• Implement HSE procedures and standards incompliance with applicable laws, Health and Safety Documentationand Environmental Management Manual.
• Be diligent and draw attention to unsafe acts,unsafe behaviours and unsafeconditions.

Functie-eisen

• Have solid background of civil andstructural steel disciplines.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil /quality controlconstruction field.
• Befamiliar with the application of EN standard and regulationNo. 305/2011 – Construction Product Regulation.
• Be familiar with Completion and turnovermanagement process.
