This role will sit in the Transformation Management team that is part of the HEINEKEN E-Business organisation.

This team is dedicated to ensuring that both the transformation at a department level as well as the changes that E-Business drives in the Operation Companies are continuously improving.

This involves the right communication, definition of roles and responsibilities as well as optimizing the commercial processes.

What will you do as a Process Excellence Manager?


You will love this role if you want to understand processes and have a drive to optimize them and if you are a strong communicator and love to connect with stakeholders.


In this role you are responsible for mapping both the internal E-business processes - for example the way we develop, build and deploy new products - and understanding the commerce process within our OpCos.

You will be working together with the Product teams, our Growth & Transformation managers and champions and the Digital & Technology team.


You'll do this by:

  • Delivering process expertise through Process Improvement, Design & Modelling and identifying opportunities to support changes in operations, ways of working and roles.
  • You will Develop relevant toolkits, frameworks and materials to support the capability building of process optimization within eBusiness and linked to Commerce and D&T.
  • Share best practices by bringing insights to key stakeholders and contribute to a culture of process excellence.
  • Lead, facilitate and participate Process Optimization workshops where relevant, mapping AS-IS and TO-BE processes, with relevant toolkits and material to support the discussion
  • Develop positive relationships with key partners across the eBusiness team, Commerce and wider D&T department such as DBB
  • Leverage internal and external benchmarks to identify business process improvement initiatives

Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Certified Black Belt from an accredited institution (advantageous)
  • 78 years experience, thorough business/operations understanding. Solid process optimization experience required
  • You are an assertive, effective influencer with a high degree of business insight
  • A combination of strategy, operations and able to thrive in a highgrowth and fastpaced environment
  • A Proven track record of working with Commerce function(s) (Sales, CS&L, Customer Service), OPCO/ Operational experience
  • Process examples : OTC, Sales Backoffice processes, Empties Mgmt etc
  • Experience in planning and execution of large/ medium endtoend processes within finance and operations domain
  • Languages: English (proficient in speaking and writing)
