Fixing finance - for real
At BridgeFund, we believe entrepreneurs make the world a better place. Financing via the traditional way usually makes things difficult for them. We do things differently. We make financing simple, fast, and human. Because money is only happy when it's put to work. The same goes for our IT: it just needs to work, so we can keep our foot on the gas.
Your role as IT Service Desk Coordinator
You aren't your traditional "ticket-closer." At BridgeFund, you are a process optimizer. Your mission? To build and maintain a Zero Friction digital workplace. We believe IT should be a seamless experience where technology empowers our teams instead of slowing them down. You view every manual intervention as a bug to be fixed. You will transform our Service Desk from a reactive help center into a proactive, automated machine.
What you'll be doing daily
- Zero-Touch Operations: You maintain and build upon our Kandji (MDM) environment so that MacBooks are fully productive the moment they are opened. No manual setup, just straight to work.
- Workflow Automation: You are the champion of n8n. You bridge the gaps between systems, automating the "boring stuff" like onboarding, offboarding, and routine access requests.
- Frictionless Support: You handle Level 1 & 2 support with high energy. You ensure 95% of issues are resolved within 48 hours, keeping the team focused on their goals.
- Proactive Problem Solving: You identify recurring hurdles in the daily workflow and eliminate them through better configuration or automated self-service.
- Vendor & Asset Coordination: You manage the lifecycle of our hardware fleet and coordinate with external partners for logistics and specialized technical support.
- Clear Communication: You keep documentation high-quality and simple. You provide demos or training to empower users to get the most out of our tools.
What you bring to the table
- Experience: 2–4 years in an IT Support/Service Desk role. You are an energetic professional.
- MacOS Experience: You are fully comfortable managing and troubleshooting a fleet of Apple devices.
- The Automation Mindset: You've experimented with n8n, Zapier, or Make and understand how to use APIs to connect apps.
- MDM Familiarity: Experience with tools like Kandji, Jamf, or Mosyle to push profiles and manage software.
- SaaS Savvy: Experience managing users in Google Workspace, Slack, and cloud-based environments.
- Self-Starter: You take ownership from start to finish without needing constant supervision.
- Personality: You hate repetitive manual work and always look for the "rebel" way to automate a task. You are honest, direct, and bring fun to the desk.
We are just as proud of our culture as we are of our product.
The BridgeFund community is unique because we respect each other, are deeply committed to what we build, and move quickly without compromising on quality. You will have the freedom to grow, learn, and experiment, with the support of a team that values craftsmanship over titles.
- A salary between € 3700 and € 4000 gross per month (based on 40 hours).
- 6% pension via ASR Doen Pensioen.
- 25 vacation days and 8% vacation allowance.
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer (even if you cycle).
