    Role Summary

    We are seeking a hands-on Assembly & Service Operator to support our European operations. The primary focus of this role is product assembly and calibration, with secondary responsibilities in service and logistics support.

    This role is suited to someone who enjoys structured, practical work, follows procedures carefully, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality results. Experience is an advantage, but not required - we will train the right person.

    What you'll do

    Primary responsibilities:

    - Assemble products using documented work instructions and standard procedures.

    - Perform calibrations and final checks (configuration, labeling, completeness).

    - Accurately record required production and quality data.

    - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.

    Secondary responsibilities:

    - Perform routine service activities such as standard repairs and recalibration following documented procedures.

    - Receive consolidated shipments and carry out incoming inspections.

    - Support Sales and Service Orders (pick/pack readiness and basic documentation).

    What we're looking for

    - MBO-4 level in Electromechanical Engineering or similar.

    - Practical, hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail.

    - Comfortable working with tools, parts, and packaging.

    - Basic computer skills (ERP experience is a plus).

    - Working language is English; Dutch is a plus.

    - This role is a full-time position (40 hours per week).

    - Legal right to live and work in the Netherlands.

    What Success Looks Like

    Within 3–6 months, you can independently assemble and calibrate products according to standard procedures, deliver consistent quality with minimal rework, and reliably support service and logistics tasks when required.
