    What will you be doing?
    As a wood rot repairer at SW Property Improvement, you will be working daily on various projects, often involving renovation or maintenance on larger projects.
    Before you step into your van in the morning to drive to the first project, you review the incoming assignments and plan the route for the day. Upon arrival at the first location, you rely on your knowledge and experience to determine if the affected wood part can be repaired or needs to be completely replaced. After a short discussion with the project supervisor, you get to work. While working, you know how far you can go and ensure no damaged wood is left behind.
    Upon completion of the assignment, you briefly check in with your colleagues to see if there are any other issues where your expertise is needed. After helping one colleague with some small carpentry work, you hop back into the van to quickly move on to the next project.
    What do you bring?
    • You have relevant technical knowledge, such as insulating work, window frame replacement, skylight installation, and bathroom renovations;
    • You have experience in residential construction with various maintenance and renovation projects;
    • You have excellent command of the Dutch language;
    • You are courteous in your interactions, both with colleagues and residents;
    • You have a valid VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one;
    • You possess a valid driver's license;
    • You are customer- and team-oriented;
    • You reside in the vicinity of Emmen.
