- Borgen van continuïteit van onze systemen. Bij problemen bied je eerstelijns en tweedelijns support aan de gebruiker of schakel met het support team / de leverancier(s).
- Bewaken van de structuur en logica van de functionaliteiten, de prestatieniveaus en optimaliseren van het systeem met het oog op innovatie;
- Beoordelen van het functioneel ontwerp op basis van ingediende requirements.
- Meewerken aan onderhoud, change management en functionele testen;
- Informeren en adviseren van stakeholders en gebruikersorganisatie bij incidenten en wijzigingen;
- Je werkt proactief mee aan het verbeteren en verder automatiseren van onze business processen.
- HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau;
- Kennis van SAP is een vereiste (waarvan kennis van SAP S/4 HANA een pre is);
- Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als Functioneel Beheerder is een sterke pre;
- Ervaring met ICT-gebruikersondersteuning en affiniteit met koppeling processen en systemen;
- Communicatief sterk, leergierig, service- en resultaatgericht en je weet te inspireren
- Kennis ITIL, PRINCE2 is gewenst;
- Een uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.

Farm Frites werkt met succes aan haar meerjarige groeistrategie. Zichtbaar ontwikkelt de organisatie zich op elk mogelijk vlak. Het vervangen van het volledige IT landschap, heeft een hoge prioriteit voor Farm Frites International, we laten niets onberoerd. Werken bij Farm Frites IT betekent, opereren in een complex, vaak hectisch en uitdagend speelveld, met aandacht voor zowel ontwikkeling als beheer. Bij ons krijg je alle ruimte om initiatief te tonen en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. We vinden het belangrijk om van elkaar te leren, altijd met de focus op resultaat. Onze afdeling bestaat uit 16 professionals, verdeeld over twee teams: het Business IT Team en het IT Operations Team. Je wordt lid van het Business IT Team waar je samen met en voor de business gaat werken aan het beheer van de applicatie, stellen van analyses en de toekomstige roadmap
