    THE POSITION

    Odyssey is growing and so is our workforce. Our people, the foundation of Odyssey is crucial to us, and smooth-running HR processes is the key to the optimal employee experience. Therefore, we need your support to keep our HR team up and running.

    During your HR Internship, you'll be part of the centralized HR department, which takes care of all HR tasks for the above property personnel, supports HR colleagues on properties, and sets standards, guidelines, and policies for the entire organization. As an HR Intern, together with our HR Manager and HR Advisor, you'll support in a variety of personnel-related (administrative) tasks across the employee life cycle. You'll be the first point of contact for our employees, meaning that you'll answer various questions from our employees during the day. Furthermore, you'll oversee all daily HR administration, from drafting contracts to assisting with the monthly payroll. In doing so, you'll support the HR team but will also take on independent projects and tasks. Think about organising onboarding and social activities for our student interns or guiding employees on their first day at work. Working with people means that there are many unforeseen situations during the day, but that makes the work diverse and challenging
