- Conduct regular safety drills and inspections
- Operating the Winch: Using controls and mechanisms to manipulate the winch, pulling or releasing the cable as needed
- Monitoring Equipment: Keeping a close eye on the winching equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and safely
- Safety Procedures: Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries during winching operations
- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on the winch to ensure its continued functionality
- Communication: Collaborating with other team members, especially when working in a team setting or coordinating with equipment operators, to ensure smooth and safe operations
- Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing any issues or malfunctions with the winch or the equipment it is attached to
- Understanding Load Limits: Being aware of the weight and load capacity of the winch and avoiding exceeding these limits to prevent damage or accidents
- Previous Experience with 40 ton winch
- Rights to work in EU
- Good communication Skill
- Good understanding of safety procedure
