    Job Description

    Asaccount specialist are you responsible for the development andmonitoring of logistics processes. You ensure correct delivery to customers andmonitor goals of projects both internally and externally. You are the linkbetween company and customers. Excellent customer satisfaction is obviouslyhigh on your agenda.

    Your duties as an account specialist also include:

    • The result You make sure that these are jointly achieved by the team
    • You provide clear information to the team and are proactive in supporting the team
    • Monitoring the planning and lead times of the orders to the customers
    • Cost control and providing the right information to the Finance department
    • Improvement regarding cost control and processes
    • Your order administration is well organized

    Job Requirements

    You are a good fit for this position if you meet the following points:

    • Very good command of the English language. In addition, you preferably speak French, German or Spanish
    • You have an HBO/Bachelor working and thinking level
    • At least 2 years of demonstrable work experience in a similar position
    • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office. Experience with VMI and JIT systems are a plus
    • You are customer oriented and have excellent communication skills
    • Living in the immediate vicinity of Deurne


    Salary and Benefits

    • Salary between € 3.400 and € 5.000 gross per month
    • 8% holiday pay
