This is a fabulous opportunity to join the Balenciaga adventure and to actively contribute to the development of the business by becoming part of a thriving Atelier in a global Luxury Group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.Your key responsibilities will include developing store turnover by managing sales teams expanding customer base establishing customer loyalty employing Balenciaga's sales strategy image Day-to-day management team individual group coaching refocusing interview weekly monthly meetings Development customer portfolio winning new customers building network following up CRM handling disputes Personnel management management schedules uniforms analysis human material needs recruitment interviews induction new recruits Guarantee respect Retail Excellence program Feedback results quality improvement proposals action plans Positioning presentation collections Merchandising policy Analysis follow-up all sales budget indicators Participation inventories procedure search differences Follow-up control stock statuses restocking Management repairs rework Assuring after-sales service corners
