As Digital marketing implementation Lead, together with Head of Digital Marketing and Leads Generation International, you will be responsible for creating Digital Marketing and Leads Generation international standards and support BU's in action plan to reach them.
You will also be responsible for creating and running international Digital Marketing and Leads Generation community, facilitating best practice sharing and benchmarking.
You will also support BUs in implementation of alternative leads sources and leads funnel management (with cooperation with Advisory Management).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates BUs assessment together with Center of Excellence and external partner
- Creates Digital Marketing and Leads Generation Blueprint (standards) and ensures its alignment with BUs
- Together with BUs makes country implementation plan and ensure realization tracking
- Coordinates community and best practice sharing
- Ensure Digital Marketing and Leads Generation KPIs and benchmarking among Business Units
- Coordinates international community and best practice sharing within NN international
- Cooperates with Advisory Management to optimize leads funnel
- Prepares reports and ppts for all stakeholders (CBO, Sponsors, MB, etc.)

For this role, you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an appetite to learn and stay updated with industry and technology trends and best practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
In addition, you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related studies
- Experience in digital leads generation for insurance agents (or similar)
- Multiple country experience is highly appreciated
- Experience with Salesforce (or other MarTech) implementation is highly appreciated
- Fluency in English is required
