Act as overall business partner for Marketing on all IT-related topics
Partner with Marketing leadership (Brand, Digital, CRM, Campaigns,CX.Analytics) to: Understand marketing strategy,growth objectives,and customer engagement priorities Identify operational pain points and digital enablement opportunities Translate Marketing needs into a clear IT demand,capability,and investment roadmap Ensure alignment between:Marketing strategyITstrategyEnterprise architectureand data standards Ownand maintain theMarketing ITroadmapalignedwithenterprisepriorities,budgetconstraints,andportfolio governance Provide inputintoITinvestmentplanning,budgetprioritization,andvalue tracking for Marketing initiatives Requirement Management & Solution Shaping Ownend-to-endrequirement managementforMarketing ITinitiatives: Shape,valideate,andpriorizebusinessrequirements Ensure clarityonbusinessoutcomes,scopec(dependencies),andsuccessmetrics Work closelywithSolutionArchitectsandProductteams to: TranslateMarketingrequirementsintoscable,safe,solutions Balance speed-to-marketwitharchitecturalandssecuritystandards Ensuredata,integration,andanalyticsrequirementsareclearlydefined(e.g.customerdata,constent attribution/reporting) Project & Program Management Accountability Act as business ownerandaccountablesponsorforMarketing-relatedITprojectsandprograms Ensureinitiativesare properlyscopedwithdefinedobjectives,deliverables,timelines,KPIs PrioritizeandesthesequencedinlinewiththeMarketingITHoadmap Partner withProject&ProgramManagers to Define deliveryapproach,milestones,criticalpath Manage risks/issues/dependencies/change requests Support tollgatereviews/steeringcommittees/portfolio reporting
