- Create and manage color cards, collaborating with the team to maintain a cohesive and trend-forward color palette.

For one of our women's wear brands in Europe - Scotch & Soda -, we are currently seeking a talented and passionate experienced designer with a focus on women's wovens.

As an experienced Designer Womenswear (Soft wovens – Dresses, Tops and skirts) reporting to the Design Director for the Scotch & Soda brand, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team of designers in the 'whole wovens' category. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for fashion will contribute to the development of our women's wear collections.
The ideal candidate will have a confident design vision with a strong understanding of pattern cutting and garment construction, draping on the stand as well as more structured tailoring. They will lead the development of silhouette, fabric/ trims, building out concepts briefed by the Design Director, ensuring clear storytelling and themes fitting within the brand.
In our team, we prefer a friendly and collaborative environment over formal titles and hierarchies. While we're seeking individuals with extensive experience for the role of (Senior) Designer, we believe in flat hierarchy and teamwork. Therefore, regardless of your level of experience, you'll simply be known as a Designer.
